Baitful provides conditions forecasts, a Bite Score, and AI-generated guidance for informational purposes. Forecasts are uncertain and the Bite Score is an estimate, and fish are unpredictable. Use your own judgment; we don't guarantee catches or accuracy.

Regulations & safety

Regulation summaries are AI-generated and may be incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for verifying current fishing regulations, licensing, and closures with the official authority for your area, and for your own safety on the water.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By making a photo public you grant us permission to display it in the community gallery. Don't upload content you don't have the rights to, or anything unlawful or inappropriate; we may remove content that violates this.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service, and don't use it to break any law. Accounts that do may be suspended.

Changes

We may update these terms and the product over time. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
